5. Cancellations & Refunds

Digital Courses
You may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed. Refunds will not be granted after 7 days or once significant progress has been made through the materials.

Subscription Plans
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle. Access will remain active until the end of your paid period.

Consulting Services
Cancellations for 1:1 sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling or a refund. Missed or late-canceled sessions are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:
Send an email to contact@nitu-counseling.co.uk with your full name, order reference, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
